Delivery Policy & Method
1. Digital Delivery
All projects offered by Auj Trust are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical products. Content is delivered through:
- Live Online Projects: Conducted via professional platforms (e.g., Zoom or Microsoft Teams).
- Digital Materials: PDF guides, templates, and feasibility studies are sent electronically, along with research results.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Live Diplomas: Access to the virtual meeting and schedule is sent at least 48 hours before the first meeting.
- Consulting Services: A scheduling link for your first session will be sent within 24 hours of booking.
3. Technical Requirements
To receive and access our services, the user is responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a valid email address. Auj Trust is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email entries.
4. Delivery Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours containing your booking details, service scope, and access instructions. If you do not receive this confirmation, contact us immediately at Aujtrust@gmail.com.
5. Failed or Delayed Delivery
If a delivery failure occurs due to an error on our part, we will redeliver at no additional cost. Auj Trust is not liable for delays resulting from incorrect contact information provided during registration.
Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and enrollment in our professional diplomas and consulting services. By accessing our platform or purchasing a service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Professional Services & Enrollment
- Eligibility: By enrolling, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and providing accurate information.
- Service Scope: Our services include specialized jewelry appraisal, brand consultancy, and the diploma series.
2. Payment & Installments
- Fees: All fees are displayed in USD.
- All fees are to be paid in advance.
3. Intellectual Property
- Copyright: All materials, including videos, PDF guides, brand strategies, and feasibility studies, are the exclusive intellectual property of Auj Trust.
- Personal Use Only: Your enrollment grants you a limited, non-transferable license. You may not record, copy, redistribute, or sell any part of our curriculum or consultancy methods. Legal action will be taken against any unauthorized use of our intellectual property.
4. Certifications
Certificates (from IDC or JTR) are only issued to students who:
- Complete the required hours.
- Pass the necessary assessments.
- Have a zero-balance account (all installments paid).
5. Limitation of Liability
- While we provide expert guidance and economic feasibility studies, Auj Trust does not guarantee specific financial profits. Success in the jewelry industry depends on individual implementation and market conditions.
- Our "Specialized Appraisal" is based on professional expertise and current market data at the time of the report.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
All cancellations are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the 10% administrative fee for pre-start cancellations and the "No Refund" rule once a program has commenced.
7. Code of Conduct
We maintain a professional environment. Any harassment toward instructors or other students, or any attempt to disrupt a live meeting, will result in immediate removal from the program without a refund.
8. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept Visa and Mastercard through our MEPS-certified payment gateway. All transactions are secured with TLS 1.2+ encryption and SHA-256 protocols. Prices are listed and charged in USD (United States Dollars). Auj Trust does not store card details on its servers.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution within 30 days. If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of Amman, Jordan.
Refund Policy
With Auj Trust, we value the commitment our clients make to their professional growth. Our refund policy is designed to manage our limited enrollment seats and expert scheduling fairly.
1. Refund Prior to Program Commencement
- If a cancellation request is submitted before the official start date of the project or before access to recorded materials is granted, a 10% administrative fee will be applied.
- The remaining balance will be returned to the client.
2. No Refund After Commencement
- Once a project has officially started, or the user has accessed the digital learning platform, the enrollment is considered final.
- Cancellations made after the start date are not eligible for a return of funds, as the seat and resources have been fully allocated.
3. Refund Processing & Method
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days and credited to the original payment method (Visa or Mastercard). Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. To initiate a refund request, email Aujtrust@gmail.com with your full name, program name, transaction reference, and reason.
Cancellation Policy
Users may request to cancel their enrollment in any diploma or consulting project at any time. However, the timing of your request determines the financial outcome.
1. General Cancellation
- Cancellation requests submitted before the program start date are subject to a 10% administrative fee — the remaining balance is refunded.
- Once the program has commenced or digital materials have been accessed, the enrollment is considered final and no refund will be issued.
2. How to Submit a Cancellation Request
To cancel, send an email to Aujtrust@gmail.com with your full name, enrolled program, payment reference, and reason. You will receive written confirmation within 24 business hours. The date of the email is considered the official cancellation date.
